Adult Lap Swim is Monday – Friday from 7:00am until 8:55am and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am until 9:55am.

Long adult swim is every day from 6:15pm until 6:45pm.

Additionally, there is a 10 minute adult swim called every hour at 50 past the hour except during the 6pm hour.
